Updating your network to an all-digital, encrypted service means a clearer TV picture and better sound quality. Once your network is updated, you’ll need to replace your Xfinity TV equipment in order to continue receiving Xfinity TV service. Select your area below to see when you’ll need to replace your equipment.

Call 1-800-xfinity to request your equipment, and ask for a Getting Started Kit with your shipment.
Begin installing your new TV boxes after the network transition date provided below under Important dates & details. Your new equipment won’t work until after your network has been updated.

It’s important that you order your equipment prior to the date of the digital network upgrade. After the upgrade is complete, you will need to install your new equipment to access your Xfinity TV service.
